Rock Clapper, CEO.
Rock was recently President and CEO Gotsavings.com, a company he cofounded in 1998. The company received an acquisition offer after only four months of operations. Gotsavings is a leading provider of rebate and other promotional delivery tools for brand and promotions managers via a patent-pending Internet interface. Rock is serving as an advisor to the preIPO company. Prior to Gotsavings, Rock was CEO of School Time Software, Inc., a firm that engineered and distributed educational software via CD-ROM, LAN, and the Internet. He was hired as CEO one year after engineering began and was successful in overseeing final engineering of the company's flagship product, and the launch of the company into the Q1 1998 sales cycle. Rock was responsible for scaling School Time to full operation, including staffing, securing financial commitments and developing and negotiating product and market alliances. He successfully negotiated the multimillion dollar acquisition of materials from another publishing company. Prior to School Time, Rock was the National Director of Evaluation for a national research project based at Stanford University. Before joining Stanford, he was a consultant for the Silicon Valley office of the U.S. Small Business Administration, focusing on small business strategic development and advising companies attempting to secure financing, along with personally investing in, and advising, privately held companies. Rock has a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology with a minor in statistical modeling. He graduated Magna Cum Laude as an undergraduate with coursework in business and psychology from Arizona State University.

Richard Kaiser, President.
Third generation in the produce industry with 30 years experience. Owner of the Richard Kaiser Co., Inc., a successful produce distribution company, which was named a Trading Member by the Produce Industry's The Blue Book. Writes a nationally recognized newsletter, The Kaiser Report, which provides market forecasts in the produce industry. Also writes editorials for The Packer, the leading industry trade paper.

Eric Hassman, V.P. Business Development.
Yale M.B.A. in finance and business strategy. Mr. Hassman has extensive experience with private equity structuring and financial consulting. Former partner in a mergers & acquisition firm, and former U.S. Department of Commerce official specializing in international trade. Founded and managed IBIS, a successful market information service. Experience with private equity in the agricultural industry.

Nick Pasculli, V.P. Marketing.
Nine years of experience in the produce industry. Member of the UFFVA Board of Directors. Pioneered new approaches in produce marketing. Former Director of Marketing for D'Arrigo Brothers of California, a well-known grower and shipper of fresh fruits and vegetables. Prior to D' Arrigo, Nick was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Naturipe Berry Growers. Nick also developed and managed the national marketing programs for Tanimura & Antle, Inc.

Tom Collins, V.P. Operations.
Mr. Collins has over 7 years experience in the Internet industry. An expert at E-Commerce, computer networking and TCP/IP, Mr. Collins has provided Internet solutions to customers with Atlantech Online, a major Internet provider to business in Washington, D.C. and Red Shift Internet Services, the largest Internet Service Provider in Central California. Mr. Collins also was founder and Vice President for U-Web, Inc., an Internet-related startup that provided web page creation toolkits presented online.

Paul Rogers, V.P. Engineering.
Mr. Rogers has over 20 years experience in applications and computer information systems development across a broad array of hardware platforms and software APIs. He has programmed for over 7 years using Web-based technologies and has programmed in Java the 5 years that the language has been in existence. Mr. Rogers has earned Master of Science degrees in Physical Oceanography from the University of Washington and Applied Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Rogers has worked at Arthur Andersen and the Bank of California as a progammer and information systems analyst. Most recently, Mr. Rogers developed software for Construx Software in Bellevue, WA, working under Steve McConnell, one of the world's foremost software engineers. Mr Rogers did extensive software development and engineering for MBARI (Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute) and served as the technical lead for the MBARI Deep Sea Guide.
